Q Where are you located?
A We are located at sheraton on Harbor Island, 1380 Harbor island Drive San Diego CA 92101.
Q Where do I park?
A You can park directly in the hotel self parking lot, we have vouchers that reduce parking charges to less than 10 dollars for up to 3 hours of parking time.
Q What time should I show up for my reservation?
A Please be sure to show up 20-30 minutes before your reservation so we can get you out on time!
Q How do I use a voucher?
A Click “Book Now” and select the time and date you’d like. On the bottom left-hand corner click “Apply promo or voucher”, and add the code. We ask for a $50 deposit from all customers to hold the reservation. We will refund this when the equipment is brought back in acceptable shape.
Q Are there any hidden fees?
A We are the only Jetski and Boat rental business in San Diego without hidden fees. The price you see is the price you pay.
Q What is included in the rental?
A Your Jet Ski or Boat, fuel, and all necessary coast guard-compliant safety equipment (life jackets, whistles, ect.)
Q Where can we go with our rentals?
A We have over 5 miles of coastline to check out! From the coronado bridge, the USS Midway to the bait docks with tons of marine life, rest assured you will never get bored. Check out our tour map here: (TOUR MAP LINK)
Q What kind of equipment do you have?
A We only use new, top of the line Yamaha Jet Skis and Bayliner Element Boats.
Q Do we have to fill the jet skis with fuel?
A No, we are a full service operation and fuel is always included!
Q Can two people go on the same jet ski?
A Yes. Our jet skis can accommodate two people max.
Q If I have three or more people, can we ride together or switch off?
A We do not allow switching off, and it’s a two person max.
Q Can we pull a tube behind a jet ski or boat? Can we drink alcohol on your equipment?
A We don’t allow any type of tubing on the water (neither does the police in the san diego bay) and our insurance does not allow any type of alcohol on board.
Q How far are you able to go in an hour?
A An hour is really just an intro ride, but you will be able to see areas such as Shelter Island, Navy Base, U.S.S Midway, Seaport Village, Downtown San Diego, Coronado, Coronado Bridge, Chula Vista, and other great places!
